BYTE BACKGROUND

Byte Behaviour was founded in 2017 by Daniel Solomons.

Daniel started his career as a planner and strategist at some of the biggest global media agencies and media owners, later founding the Google Digital Academy team that delivered transformative programmes to over 20,000 people from Google’s most valuable EMEA clients. Whilst at Google, he discovered his passion for leadership, which led him to create Byte Behaviour, inspiring business executives through his workshops, programmes, and keynote speeches.

Beyond his professional work, Daniel has learned much about leadership, teamwork and connection through watching Arsenal FC, playing in bands, directing plays, performing as a junior magician, observing nature, travelling, and from organising some of the best parties in London. 

He also supports charity leaders as a chair for Ella Forums, and mentors young people through the ORT Jump scheme.
